PACN season is just around the corner and to start things off, auditions for acting in the PACN play will be held on January 22nd-24th. For those who are new to PACN you don't want to miss out on this unique experience! For the PACN veterans be prepared for an awesome story, culturally-enriched dances, and GOOD TIMES (capital letters intentional)!!!!!! Just to reassure all of you that no acting experience is necessary. Just come out and audition! There'll be plenty of roles to be filled (small and big). If acting isn't your thing PACN offers different areas to be part of the production such as stage crew, props committee, and dances (talk to Christops, Barkada's BEC). There's something for everybody! Auditions will be on a first-come first-serve basis. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Barkada's Culture Chair Vinz Lim directly at (626) 641-7700. Hey guys, FYI, PACN's coming up! It's gonna be FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2008 @ Haugh Performing Arts Center, Citrus College. Get ready for auditions! Acting auditions will be coming up in January followed by Tinikling workshops in February. Don't know what PACN is? PACN is basically the greatest time of your life. (= Pilipino American Culture Night is our chance to display our talents in dancing, acting, and singing while celebrating our culture and addressing important issues in the Pilipino and Pilipino American community. For months, the members of Barkada spend days, nights, and even later nights rehearsing scenes, perfecting dances, building props, grabbing food, and creating bonds like no other. If you're interested, stay tuned...
